Stephan P. Muecke is a seasoned (re)insurance and asset management executive. He founded and leads Acturion, and serves as CEO of Gulf Guaranty Life and American Reinsurance. He previously led Man Group’s insurance solutions business, held senior roles at Swiss Re and Oaktree, and started his career at Merrill Lynch. He earned his MBA at Wharton.

Ms. Kravec is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Acturion. Prior to joining the company in June 2026, she served in senior executive roles at M Financial Group, Nationwide, and American Equity. She also has over 20 years of Wall Street experience on the sell side and buy side covering the global insurance sector. Ms. Kravec holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Miami University.

Mr. Conrod is Head of Strategic Capital at Acturion, with more than 30 years as an investment banker and principal investor specializing in direct investments and special-situation financings. He has founded or co-founded four advisory and investment businesses. Most recently, as a founding partner of Charter North, he led SEMPRE, Inc.’s approximately $85 million capital raise, with lead investors Boeing and 90 Degrees North. He previously held senior roles at Ducera Partners, FocusPoint, Guggenheim, and Societe Generale.

Juan Carlos Bou-Cardona brings extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, governance, and enterprise risk management. He previously served as General Counsel and Board Secretary at Arco Capital Corporation and Bond Street Management, overseeing legal and compliance functions for investment advisers and managed funds. His experience includes complex financings, M&A, investment restructurings, and litigation strategies that delivered multimillion-dollar recoveries. He also serves as Of Counsel in Ferraiuoli’s Corporate Department.
